Lessons are given for all experience levels (beginner, intermediate, & advanced). All ages are welcome.
Through private lessons, you will have 70 minute sessions specifically tailored to meet your needs. You can do all yoga, all matwork pilates, or half and half! Want a gentle class one day and a more challenging class another day? No problem. We also offer therapeutic yoga and pilates for chronic lower back pain.
The sessions will fit your experience level, as well as your physical limitations and goals. All sessions will improve overall strength, core strength, flexibility, and balance. In addition, the sessions will target typical problem areas including tight hips, hamstrings, and shoulders. Synchronized breathing is emphasized for better results. Private sessions ensure proper form, which is key to the restorative nature of the work.
