The villa is located on 3/4 acres plot surrounded by lush green trees. The private swimming pool is at the rear of the house, including a gazebo and a waterfall. Privacy is not a problem as the pool is surrounded by a hedge.
The spacious living room contains ceiling fans, comfortable sofas, cable TV, DVD/VHS and HIFI units. The wonderful bar/ lounge area is fully screened with mosquito nets and is located where you can relax and entertain yourself and others.
There are also ceiling fans located there to keep the area cool. While on the lounge on the west side you will be able to view St. Kitts and the sea, with lovely sunsets at dusk. The lounge area also grants access to the garden and pool areas , along with the surrounding terrace area.
Facilities & Services
The Veranda has an outdoor swimming pool with a waterfall, illuminating lights and a gazebo. The modern kitchen has an overhead ceiling fan.
There is a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave-convection oven, coffee percolator, juicer and a toaster. There are ample working surfaces with twin sinks (cutlery and crockery for eight people). There is a breakfast bar with high swing chairs.

Cancellation Policy
- If notice of cancellation is recieved prior to 30 days of arrival, deposit will be held for future rental date.
- If less than 30 days, deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits and Payments
The villa is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the rental. The remainder of the rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation is cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
