Villa Veranda

It is located on 3/4 acres plot surrounded by lush green trees. The private swimming pool is at the rear of the house, including a gazebo and a waterfall. Privacy is not a problem as the pool is surrounded by a hedge.

The Veranda has an outdoor swimming pool with a waterfall, illuminating lights and a gazebo. The modern kitchen has an overhead ceiling fan.

There is a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave-convection oven, coffee percolator, juicer and a toaster. There are ample working surfaces with twin sinks (cutlery and crockery for eight people). There is a breakfast bar with high swing chairs.

Cancellation Policy

- If notice of cancellation is recieved prior to 30 days of arrival, deposit will be held for future rental date.
- If less than 30 days, deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits and Payments

The villa is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the rental. The remainder of the rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation is cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
