Our Conference Center has 2,400 square feet of meeting space. The location of the conference center takes full advantage of our unique setting and spectacular views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea.

Our indoor meeting space, which consists of 1,400 square feet, can be combined with the 1,000 square foot outdoor space. This facility can seat 80 people.

It's an ideal alternative for private functions such as weddings and small meetings. You are able to access the Internet from our laptops. There is also access to the pool and other facilities.

Late check out policy:
Special arrangements can be made for early arrivals or late departures.

Policy on children staying with parents:
No charge for children 12 and under when staying with an adult.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings are subject to a 25 USD fee for any Cancellation/Change. Cancellations within the Cancellation Policy period will result in full forfeiture of hotel stay (no refund.) No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
