You can enjoy the cool breezes at the Secret Garden while relaxing on the veranda or exotic tropical gardens. During season, you can also enjoy the lovely mangos, avocados, bananas and citrus fruits that grow in the lovely gardens. The villa certainly keeps cool from the breeze and ceiling fans.

- Over 90 days prior to confirmed arrival is 10% of total rent
- 89-60 days prior is 25%
- 59-30 days prior is 50% 29 0r fewer days prior is 100%
However, if the house is rebooked for the same period after a cancellation notice is received, only 10% charge is levied.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT There is a 50% deposit required in order to secure booking. Final payment of balance including security deposit of USD 200 is due 30 days before arrival.
