"We had a wonderful time in Nevis. Philsha's Guest House was very clean and comfortable. Also a short walking distance from the beach and many nice bars and eating places."

"The accommodation was large and very clean. Furnishing was very basic. Only a teaspoon of washing up liquid was provided and a well used scouring pad. Apart from that NO basic kitchen extras ( eg condiments sugar etc)were provided. Not impressive for self catering accommodation called a guest house. Worst of all we had NO hot water for 3 of the 5 days even though the plumber only took 30 seconds to fix it when he eventually arrived. We would have argued over the price but you as agents had already taken the cash.
All this and the price incredibly has gone up by 60% .
We got superb acccomodation on St Kitts both before and after our visit to Nevis - both at a cheaper price."

"She is building a beautiful new building with a restaurant and reception area. I think she has lost touch with the rentals and needs to spend a little more time making sure things are ready when the guests arive. Lack of toilet paper Had to ask for clean towels. They were brought up clean but looked like they were stained with paint or something. There was no hot water for the shower .The shower head was plugged up to where the water would hardley come out and needed to be changed. The air conditioner was musty smelling or like it had mould . If she turned the air on and checked the room prior to our arival I dont think she would have put us in that room.All in all we had a great time in Nevis I would not recomend this accomaditions till the new building is ready and she has more time to tend to the business instead of the construction going on"

"A good place to have a low-cost Caribbean vacation on the island. Not fancy but has the basics: air conditioned, internet access (dialup), full kitchen (no microwave or coffee machine), telephone, etc. The best, undeveloped and unspoiled beach that we found was just across the street (Pinney's Beach). Due to ongoing construction on the property, the grounds were littered with construction debris."
