The hummingbirds whiz around the brightly coloured flowers. Green vervet monkeys scamper in the trees, eating mangoes and other goodies. The trade winds cool the sun brightened verandah overlooking the junction of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.
Brightly lit cruise ships pass at night, and sail boats dot the water by the day. The neighbouring islands of Antigua, Redonda and Montserrat shimmer in the distance. The house is commodious, airy and filled with light. It has a common living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
