Frye Villa

Frye Villa has four bedrooms and four baths, a large rattan filled living room/dining room, kitchen/bar which open towards the spectacular verandah for otudoor dining, relaxing and taking in the views of neighbouring islands of Montserrat, Antigua and the Atlantic Ocean.

Frye Villa is perfect fo families or as many as four couples that expect a comfortable island style living and a dream vacation.

The living area has comfortable rattan furniture with many spots for reading, conversation and watching TV. The dining room and bar is off the wet bar and kitchen and has a large glass table which can accommodate eight people. The bar is fully stocked. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, cusinart, blender.

Late check out policy:

- Subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
- Over 90 days prior to confirmed arrival: 10% of total rent.
- Between 89-60 days prior to confirmed arrival: 25% of total rent.
- 59-30 days prior to confirmed arrival: 50% of total rent.
- Within 29 prior to confirmed arrival: 100% of total rent.

- If the house is rebooked for the same period after a cancellation notice is received, only 10% charge is levied.
- There is a 50% deposit required to secure your booking. Final payment balance including security deposit of $USD200.00 is due 30 days before arrival.
