The West Indian style main house and guest house are white with blue shutters and gingerbread trim and sit in a lush garden with many varieties of tropical fruits and plants.
Very private, "Farlands is furnished throughout with comfortable island style furniture and original artwork. It is superbly sited to offer you the Caribbean experience at its best.
The tradewinds gently air-condition you while you enjoy one of the most spectacular views of an island of breath-taking beauty.

In front of the main house is a 30' X 15' pool and beside it, over a little bridge is a large gazebo, which is one of the three outdoor living and dining areas.
Maid service two mornings a week, with weekly pool and garden maintenance.
The beach is 15 minutes drive, shops and towns are 10 minute drive.

Cancellation by written notice:
Over 90 days prior to confirmed arrival is 10% of total rent.
89-60 days prior is 25%
59-30 days prior is 50% 29 0r fewer days prior is 100%.
However, if the house is rebooked for the same period after a cancellation notice is received, only 10% charge is levied.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT There is a 50% deposit required inorder to secure booking. Final payment of balance including security deposit of USD 200 is due 30 days before arrival.
