The property is constantly maintained by the owners and offers possibilities of open-air living. It is the ideal spot to relax, unwind and leave all your worries behind. There is a very spacious living room with - cathedral ceilings and fans lead directly out on the porch and the secluded palm fringed atrium. There is a separate dining area that seats 8 people. The veranda also has a table that seats 8. Cook your own feast with the Thermador BBQ and fully equipped kitchen.

Cancellation Policy:
- Over 90 days prior to confirmed arrival: 10% of total rent.
- Between 89-60 days prior to check-in date: 25% of total rent.
- Between 59-30 days prior to check-in date: 50% of total rent.
- Within 29 days of check-in date: 100% of total rent.
- If the house is rebooked for the same period after a cancellation notice is received, only 10% charge is levied.
